Listing Policy

Accuracy

Every listing must describe the actual item offered. Photographs must show that item, not a manufacturer's stock image of a different part.

Condition disclosure

Used listings must state the cosmetic condition, the working condition, any known defects, any missing parts, and any repairs or modifications. Items that do not work, or that are offered for parts only, must be listed with the grade "For Parts / Not Working" and must explain the fault.

Not permitted

Counterfeit parts presented as genuine, items the seller does not own or is not authorised to offer, items that cannot legally be sold, and listings that conceal known faults.

Enforcement

The administrator may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach this policy.
