Privacy Policy

RCstock collects only the information reasonably necessary to provide its hobbyist listing and contact service and does not sell personal information or use it for commercial advertising purposes.

What is stored

For sellers: name, email address, phone number, city, country, account credentials and listings. For buyers who submit a request: name, email address, phone number, the selected items, and any optional location, address or message provided.

What is public

A seller's name, phone number, email address, city and country appear on their public profile and listings so that interested hobbyists can make contact. WhatsApp number, profile image, business or hobby name and description are public when supplied.

What is never public

Password hashes, password reset tokens, session data, authentication logs and internal administrative notes.

What RCstock does not do

RCstock does not sell personal data, provide data to advertisers, build advertising profiles, collect payment card data or collect unnecessary tracking information.
