RCstock is a non-commercial catalog and contact service for RC hobbyists. By using RCstock you agree to the following.

The role of RCstock

RCstock does not own, buy, sell, store, inspect, ship or guarantee any listed item. It does not process payments, hold funds, receive commissions or receive listing or transaction fees. Every transaction is made directly between a buyer and a seller.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers confirm that each listing is accurate, that the photographs show the actual item, that the quantity and price are correct, that the new or used status is correct, that defects are disclosed, and that they own the item or are authorised to offer it and may legally sell it.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for independently checking condition, compatibility, authenticity, quantity, price, seller identity, payment method, inspection, pickup, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and any warranty before completing a transaction.

Moderation

The administrator may receive reports, remove inappropriate listings, suspend users and delete fraudulent content to protect the integrity of the site. This moderation does not make RCstock a party to any transaction.
